The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Almustaqbal - STL Bellemare Rejected the application of sayyed - december 21,2010


أبلغ المدعي العام للمحكمة الخاصة بلبنان القاضي دانيال بيلمار جوابه الى قاضي الاجراءات التمهيدية دانيال فرانسين حول جرد الوثائق التي طالب بها محامو اللواء المتقاعد جميل السيد.
ولفت بلمار بموجب وثيقة نشرت على موقع المحكمة باللغتين الفرنسية والانكليزية، الى عدم موافقته على تسليم الوثائق، على أن يعود بت القرار النهائي الى فرانسين.
