The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Assafir - Interrogation accused of killing Zinedine - december 16,2010



أنهت محكمة الجنايات في بيروت برئاسة القاضي بركان سعد وعضوية المستشارين هاني الحبال وبسام الحاج، استجواب المتهمّين الثلاثة عشر في قضيّة مقتل لطفي زين الدين قبل عام ونيّف، ورفعت الجلسة إلى 2 آذار المقبل بغية استجواب المدعين الشخصيين الصايغ ونجل زين الدين شادي.
وجرت الجلسة بحضور وكيل ورثة المغدور زين الدين المحامي حمادة حمادة، ووكيل المدعي الشـــخصي المــــحامي رفعت الصايغ المحامي جـــورج خوري، ووكلاء المتهمين ناجـــي يـــاغي وياســـر علي أحمــد.
