Now Lebanon - Fneish: Why does STL need students’ names? - October 31, 2010

International investigators have obtained all the names of university students in Lebanon, all files related to social security, all electricity bill-payers as well as telecommunications records, the National News Agency (NNA) quoted State Minister Mohammad Fneish as saying on Sunday.
“No one is telling us what relation this information has to the investigation,” Fneish said at a celebration of official exams, saying that rather than explaining themselves, the investigators provoked the people of Dahiyeh.
“If you want to provoke people, you bear the reaction.”
Two STL investigators were attacked by a group of around 30 women at a Dahiyeh clinic on Wednesday.
Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah on Thursday called on all Lebanese to boycott the STL and end all cooperation with its investigators.
