The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

The Daily Star - Palestinian, Lebanese sentenced over Israel links, March 13, 2012


BEIRUT: The Military Tribunal issued sentences Monday against a Palestinian detainee and a Lebanese fugitive on charges of collaborating with Israel, a judicial source told The Daily Star.
The tribunal, headed by Brigadier Khalil Ibrahim, sentenced Palestinian detainee Khaled Abdullah Qann to 10 years in prison with hard labor after convicting him of collaborating with Israeli intelligence since the year 2000 and providing them with information on civil and military sites, as well as political and party figures.
The tribunal also sentenced Lebanese fugitive Atieh Jerji Atieh to 15 years in prison with hard labor on charges of contacting the Israeli enemy.
The tribunal also stripped Atieh of his civil rights.
