The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Aliwaa - Lebanon, charges 45 men with torching Tripoli KFC, September 25 2012

إدّعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر على 45 شخصا بينهم 15 موقوفا، لاقدامهم في طرابلس واثناء التظاهرة احتجاجا على فيلم «براءة المسلمين» على معاملة عناصر قوى الامن بالشدة والعنف وتهديدهما بالسكاكين والعصي، واحداث اضرار بآلياتها وحرق مطعم KFC»» ، واقدام من يظهره التحقيق على اطلاق النار تهديدا، ما ادى الى اصابة احد المتظاهرين والتسبب بوفاته، سنداً الى المواد 381، 575، 733،564 عقوبات، 72، و37 اسلحة، واحالهم الى قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول.
