The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Almustaqbal - Liban, un homme de 90 ans a tenté de suicider à Ablah, September 19 2012

أدخل الى مستشفى تل شيحا بشارة الياس حلوة (91 عاماً) مصاباً بطلق ناري في فمه. وأكدت زوجته أنه هو من اطلق النار على نفسه بقصد الانتحار من بندقية صيد كانت داخل منزله الكائن في ابلح، لافتة إلى أنه حاول الانتحار سابقاً منذ حوالى العشرة أشهر عندما تناول مادة سامة وهو الآن قيد العلاج في المستشفى المذكور.
