The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

An-Nahar - Military Tribunal sentenced Tarek Rabaa 6 years, October 02, 2014



حكم للعسكرية بحبس طارق الربعة 6 سنوات




قضت المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة برئاسة العميد انطوان فلتاكي بحبس الموقوف المهندس طارق الربعة ست سنوات وتجريده من الحقوق المدنية.
وكان الربعة وهو مهندس وموظف في شركة الخليوي "ألفا"، أوقف في 12 تموز 2010 وادعت عليه النيابة العامة العسكرية بجرم التعامل مع العدو الاسرائيلي وحاكمته المحكمة العسكرية بهذه التهمة.

    This is a political sentence issued by a politicized military court in Lebanon...Tarek RABAA is innocent for sure & the issued sentence is not valid.
