iloubnan - Houry: Mikati not clear in STL finance issue - July 18, 2011

Future bloc MP Ammar Houry  told on Monday "Ash-Sharq" radio station that Prime Minister Najib Mikati cannot say that he respects international resolutions, especially that Lebanon is a non permanent member at the international security council. 

However, Houry said, he did not hear from Mikati, during the ministerial statement legislature, any clear-cut answer when asked by Future Movement whether he will commit to the international resolution pertaining to the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL), probing the assassination case of Martyr Rafic Hariri and related crimes, or not; whether the STL will be financed by the government or not.

Turning to the national dialogue table, Houry welcomed dialogues uniting between feuding camps and Lebanese, explaining that little humbleness is recommended from March 8 camp concerning its demands so that any national dialogue would deem fruitful.
