ILoubnan - Derbas: Establishing refugee camps in Arsal is a security matter, September 28, 2014

Minister of Social affairs, Rashid Derbas, dubbed the establishment of new camps for Syrian refugees in Arsal a "security matter and not a political one."

Speaking to Voice of Lebanon radio station on Sunday, Derbas asserted that the measure which Interior Minister Nohad Machnouk intends to take was within his prerogatives, and would eliminate the possibility of an escalation in the security situation of said town.
