The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Iloubnan - Nicolas calls on Baroud to resign or to examine lawsuits seized by ISF Intelligence - September 28, 2010


 Change and Reform bloc MP Nabil Nicolas called on Tuesday Interior Minister Ziad Baroud to resign if he wouldn't examne the lawsuits seized by the Internal Security Forces Intelligence. "ISF General Director Ashraf Rifi is acting beyond his powers", he signaled.
