The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Now Lebanon - Rifi praises ISF – Information Branch’s accomplishments - September 21, 2010

Internal Security Forces (ISF) General Director Achraf Rifi paid a visit to the ISF – Information Branch’s headquarters on Tuesday, during which he praised the bureau’s efforts and accomplishments, the National News Agency (NNA) reported.

Rifi also praised the branch’s endeavors to uncover 23 spy networks collaborating with Israel since early 2009, the NNA added.
