The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is a local non-profit, non-partisan Lebanese human rights organization in Beirut that was established by the Franco-Lebanese Movement SOLIDA (Support for Lebanese Detained Arbitrarily) in 2006. SOLIDA has been active since 1996 in the struggle against arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance and the impunity of those perpetrating gross human violations.

Aliwaa - Lebanon, Syrian Officer among 8 Charged with Kidnapping Syrian Opposition Members, September 13 2012

إدعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر أمس، على ثمانية أشخاص بينهم خمسة موقوفين وسوريان احدهم برتبة عقيد والآخر مساعده وعلى سيدة في جرم خطف معارضين سوريين في طرابلس، ومحاولة نقلهم الى سوريا بناء على طلب السوريين المدعى عليهما سندا الى المواد 569 عقوبات و72 أسلحة والمادة 569/219 بالنسبة الى السيدة المدعى عليها وهي تنص على عقوبة الاشغال الشاقة المؤقتة. واحالهم الى قاضي التحقيق العسكري الاول رياض ابو غيدا.
